Our online Training EDU platform allows our associates to continuously educate, develop and understand our organization, while leveling up their skill set. Training EDU provides our associates with 24/7 access to the latest in online courses, instructor-led and virtual-instructor-led resources and materials, online curriculum development plans for continuous career development, and much more. 

 

Leadership From the Inside-Out is a three-day, instructor-led finance and culture workshop for managers and business leaders teaches fundamental leadership principles essential to the success of every Sonepar USA leader.  

The program was piloted in 2011 as a collective effort to support leadership development and management training across Sonepar USA. To date, over 1,000 associates have gone through the program.    

 

Insights Discovery increases self-awareness to help people perform at their highest levels.  Program topics include teamwork, leadership, change, sales, service and employee engagement to help the organization improve communication, decrease conflict, address pressing business challenges and promote effective relationships at work.  

The Insights Discovery language has swept throughout the Sonepar organization because it is fun to learn, inspirational to experience, easy to remember, effective and practical in application.
